The Cambridge Historical Society will be offering a $600 award to a graduating senior from Lamoille Union High School or Green Mountain Technical School.

Competition Rules

Open only to seniors who are Cambridge Vermont residents

Students must write an essay on some aspect of Cambridge History

Essay should be 1-2 pages (single-spaced, 12 pt. type) exclusive of references or illustrations

Final copy must be received by the Awards Committee at the address above by May 1, 2011

Final decision will be made by June 1, 2011

Recipient will be expected to present a program to the members of the historical society at one of their regularly scheduled meetings
